Peace Community Center is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization through an exciting season of rebuilding, growth, and renewed community engagement.

For more than 25 years, Peace Community Center has worked alongside Hilltop children, youth, families, and community members through relationship-centered programming and community engagement. Following a season of closure, reflection, and strategic planning, the Center is entering a new chapter focused on rebuilding programs, strengthening partnerships, and working alongside Hilltop youth and families to build pathways to stability, opportunity, and housing security.

This is an opportunity for a relational, entrepreneurial, and community-centered leader who can build trust, cultivate partnerships, strengthen organizational systems, lead fundraising efforts, and help translate community wisdom into mission-aligned action.

The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, Hilltop residents, community partners, and Peace Lutheran Church to implement the organization’s strategic plan and help guide Peace Community Center into its next chapter.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Builds authentic, trust-based relationships across communities

  • Leads with humility, authenticity, and a strong commitment to community-centered leadership

  • Has experience with nonprofit leadership, fundraising, financial management, and organizational development

  • Is comfortable building systems and structures during a season of organizational rebuilding

  • Values collaboration, accountability, equity, and partnership

  • Is excited about working alongside Hilltop residents, families, youth, community partners, and Peace Lutheran Church and other faith communities.

Salary: $95,000–$120,000, depending on experience and education, with a comprehensive compensation package.
